If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user and enjoy some of the services we provide. 1.1 You will be helped to complete registration, login and enjoy our services.
In order to enjoy our service better, you need to create an account on our platform and become our user. You need to provide your mobile phone number, e-mail address, and create a user name and password. If you only need to use basic services such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register as a member and provide the above information.

Please note that individual device information and log information are information that cannot be identified as specific natural persons. If you do not want to continue to receive the messages we pushed, you can ask us to stop pushing. However, it is not the case that we send messages according to laws or service agreements for individual services.

You understand and agree that after your information is collected, we will de-identify the data through technical means. The de-identified information will not be able to identify you. In this case, we have the right to use the de-identified information to analyze the user database and make commercial use of it.
If your information is used for other purposes not stated in the User Privacy Policy, your consent will be sought in advance.
2.7 Other purposes approved by you.

Information collected and generated in our operations within the territory of the United States of America is stored within the territory of USA , except for the following circumstances:
1) Laws and regulations have clear provisions;
2) Obtain your authorization and consent;
3) Where the products and services you use involve cross-border service, Code View needs to provide your information overseas.
In view of the above situation, we will ensure that your information is adequately protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy and national laws and regulations.

When communicating with a third party or purchasing products and services through Code View Service, you will inevitably disclose your information to the traders or potential traders such as contact information or postal address. We will take appropriate technical measures or provide a contact channel for submitting applications to guarantee that you can access, update and correct your own information or other information provided when using the Code View Service.
When accessing, updating, correcting and deleting the above information, we may require you to be authenticated to ensure information security. Your account No. in Code View Service may be cancelled or deleted under the conditions stipulated in the service agreement of Code View’s single services and in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations. After the account No. is cancelled or deleted, all service data and data related to the account No. under the single service will be deleted or processed according to the service agreement of the single service, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
The choice of whether to disclose information is always in your hands. Some information is necessary to use Code View Service, but most other information is provided at your discretion. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or revoke your authorization by deleting information and turning off the device functions.
When the authorization is withdrawn by you, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the authorization withdrawn, nor will we process your corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect the information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
We suggest that any minors participating in online activities should obtain the prior consent of their parents or their legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "guardians"). We may issue service-related announcements when necessary (for example, when we suspend a service due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel these service-related announcements that are not promotional in nature. Finally, you must keep your account and password confidential.
